Biker fashion and leather goods enthusiasts, take note:  The First Mfg Factory Store at 389 West Sunrise Highway in Freeport is giving away free reusable face masks to anyone visiting the shop.

And according to Kevein Orjuela, the store manager, no purchase is necessary.

The company, a maker of leather goods, began manufacturing the masks when COVID first hit New York in order to help stop the spread of the virus and its variants.

Orjeuela  called it an “honest effort” especially with the emergence of omicron “to do our part to help and support our community.”

The masks are a polyester-cotton blend, he said. All masks are reusable and made up of a three-layer moisture wicking stretch fabric. And they are machine washable for up to 45 times.
